About the vacancy:
As a Tech Lead, you will develop technological solutions using the most current technologies on the market, such as: .Net. In your day-to-day work, in addition to developing the platform, you will perform peer code reviews, contributing to the quality of the code we deliver.
For our Tech Lead position, we are looking for people who are thirsty for change, willing to become true agents of transformation.
We are looking for someone with:
- Proven experience in technical coordination of teams, guiding members in project development.
- Ability to maintain a positive relationship with the product area, acting as a bridge between the Product Owner (PO) and the Team.
- Ability to manage the team in line with the expectations of the product area.
- Participation in refinements with the PO and proposal of technical solutions.
- Solid experience in systems development in Microsoft .Net environments.
- Advanced knowledge in Code First, APIs, Microservices, Migrations and Entity Framework.
- Knowledge of good architectural practices in Cloud and API Manager
- Familiarity with Azure, preferably in project hosting.
- Experience with Bitbucket, CI-CD Azure Devops and Jira.
- Skill in implementing and executing unit tests.
- Advanced knowledge of design patterns such as Builder Pattern, Inheritance and Polymorphism.
- Experience with SQL Server MSSQL databases.
