We are looking for someone with:
- Hands-on experience configuring Salesforce.com in creating custom objects, custom fields, buttons, links, record types, custom formula fields, field dependencies, validation rules, workflows, and approval processes.
- Hands-on experience in creating and building process flows, process builders, and workflows.
- Salesforce.com application development and customizations using reusable Lightning components, Lightning pages, Lightning data services, Apex classes, Apex triggers, page layouts, sharing rules, static resources, and migration tools in the Sales and Service Cloud, including customer and partner portal development.
- Hands-on experience with Web Services/SOA and Metadata APIs
- Experience with building custom Web Services to handle incoming requests and outgoing calls to external Web Services
- Experience in writing SOQL and SOSL while practicing governance guidelines and optimal performance
- Strong web development skills including JSON, XML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript scripting languages, DHTML, SOAP and AJAX
- Hands-on experience implementing data security using access controls
- Proficient in migrating data from traditional applications to Salesforce using the Import Wizard and Data Loader Utility
- Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and software development tools using Agile framework and methodologies (Jira/Confluence, Visual Studio, Eclipse)
- Experience in handling multi-country implementations and managed multiple Salesforce.com instances
- Experience applying best practices across Service Cloud, Field Service Lightning and Lightning platforms.
- Have worked on development using FLOW, LWC, OMINISTUDIO, FLEXCARDs, APEX, and OMINICHANNEL.
