🚀 Your mission as a Social Media Executive!

You will spearhead our presence across various platforms, engaging our community with creative content, managing campaigns, and maintaining our brand integrity. Your role is pivotal in fostering meaningful connections with our audience through compelling and strategic social media initiatives.

What you’ll be doing:

• Manage all social media platforms including Twitter, Discord, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Develop, curate, and schedule content calendars across platforms, ensuring consistency and relevance.
• Act as a community manager, engaging with our audience, handling posts, and optimizing content for maximum impact.
• Review and approve all content before publication, maintaining brand standards and quality.
• Collaborate closely with team heads, communications team, and creative/graphics designers.
• Devise strategies and tactics to enhance engagement and foster community growth.
• Generate innovative ideas and concepts for social media campaigns and content.
• Basic editing of videos and images for creating memes, short clips, and engaging visuals.
• Execute and manage competitions, promotions, and collaborations with affiliates on social media.
• Provide regular statistical data and performance reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
• Stay informed about industry trends and social media platform updates to optimize strategies.
• Uphold a consistent brand voice and tone across all platforms, ensuring effective reputation management.

You will thrive in this role if you have:

• Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and publication.
• Proficiency in managing Twitter and Discord communities effectively.
• Familiarity with short-form video platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
• Ability to think creatively and strategically, translating ideas into actionable plans.
• Basic video and image editing skills using tools like Adobe Creative Suite or similar.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams effectively.
• Capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of analytics and ability to interpret data to optimize content performance.
• Willingness to potentially serve as the social media front figure for the brand.
