Senior Renewals Manager

We are seeking:

A Software Subscription Senior Renewal Manager who is detail oriented and possesses strong multi-tasking skills that can help drive customer retention. Proven success with customers and multiple internal stakeholders (e.g., Account Executives, Sales Managers, and Finance team) to ensure that value is realized for the customer, and commercial objectives are aligned with the growth of our business.

The job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

  • Responsible for all assigned software subscription renewals, which will include partnering with customers and internal team players to ensure timely and accurate execution
  • Ownership of contract processes along with customer communications including; co-terming, upselling and related subscription renewals
  • Partnering with internal team players on all upsell opportunities
  • Enlist the efforts of account executives, sales managers, legal and finance when necessary to accommodate the contract renewal process and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Establish and maintain effective, cooperative working relationships with customers
  • Communicate and effectively partner with Finance and Sales Management regarding forecasting, pricing, and completing transactions
  • Ideally German or Spanish speaker , as well as excellent English communication skills, both written and verbally

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of sales experience (software and/or subscriptions a plus)
  • Presentation/Communication abilities at executive levels
  • Contract negotiations
  • Performance oriented (has consistently met/exceeded a renewal and/or sales quota)
  • Expert organisational skills – ability to track and fulfil renewals
  • Prioritisation – Proven ability to allocate time to highest impact areas
