We are proud to support top companies in various industries such as banks (Eurobank, Piraeus Bank, Astrobank), travel-related (Aegean Airlines, Sani/ikos Hotels), tobacco (Philip Morris in 6 countries) and gaming (OPAP, Stoiximan, novibet). Our main services are Digital Analytics (we are the only Google Analytics Sales Partner in Greece/Cyprus), Data warehousing (on-prem or on the Cloud), BI and Machine Learning.

We have an ambitious growth plan and we are looking for our first hire in the Sales Function. This is an ideal role for an SDR that already has experience and wants to grow aggressively as you will have freedom to perform and expand in your role, you will work directly with the CEO and uncapped compensation.

Here’s who we’re looking for:

We’re seeking a qualified sales development representative (SDR) to find and screen potential Clients who could benefit from our products and services. Your primary focus will be on creating new sales opportunities and nurturing pipeline growth.

Typical responsibilities for this role would be:

  • Research, identify and prospect potential leads through various channels

  • Build a pipeline of sales opportunities

  • Contact potential prospects through cold calls and emails

  • Build long-term trusting relationships with clients

  • Nurture the pipeline and ensure we are promptly communicating

We do not care about a prestigious university degree or social connections. We care about raw intellectual capacity and drive.

You must have:

  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience within an outbound sales position or similar role.

  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales prospecting techniques like cold calling, cold emailing and social outreach.

  • Track record of achieving sales quotas.

  • Self-motivated, confident, always striving for success!

  • Excellent command of Greek and English language.

Bonus points for:

  • Having completed relevant degrees or courses.

  • Having relevant experience working within a B2B startup, data analytics company or agency.

  • Interest into Analytics, ML/AI

HIRING PROCESS
Our hiring process consists of the following steps:
  1. First Interview: An initial interview to get to know each other and discuss your qualifications and experience.
  2. Exercise Assignment: An exercise, that will be send to you typically the same or the following day, which you need to complete and return to us within two days.
  3. Virtual On-Site Day (Paid): On this day, we will give you an exercise to solve in the morning, which you will present to us at the end of the day. This day is designed for you to get to know the team, understand what a typical day is like with us, and experience working together (e.g., briefing, feedback, etc.). It also provides our team the opportunity to get to know you better and discuss the exercises you have prepared.
