🚀 Your mission as a Principle Engagement Partner (VIP)!
Focused on building exceptional relationships with VIP clients, this role is about truly understanding their unique requirements, ensuring continuous satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for gaming, capable of developing and implementing innovative engagement initiatives that drive customer retention and growth.
What you’ll be doing:

Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with VIP clients.

Primary point of contact for VIP clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.

Provide VIP clients with a personalized and bespoke experience, understanding their preferences and interests.

Develop and implement VIP engagement strategies to increase customer loyalty and retention.

Design and execute unique, tailored initiatives and events to enhance VIP client experiences.

Monitor and analyze VIP client feedback and engagement metrics to continuously improve the VIP program.

Work closely with marketing, product, and customer support teams to align VIP strategies with overall company goals.

Coordinate with technical teams to implement and integrate automated tools that enhance the VIP experience and streamline efficiencies

Track and analyze VIP client data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Utilize customer data platforms and reporting tools to generate insights and drive decision-making.

Ensure the accuracy and integrity of VIP client data across all systems.

Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices in VIP customer engagement.

Ensure the balance between automated processes and personalized service for VIP clients.
You will thrive in this role if you have:

5 years of B2C experience in iGaming, esports, or a related industry is preferred.

Proven experience in developing and implementing unique customer engagement strategies.

Experience working in a start-up environment or start-up division of an established business.

Strong understanding of customer data platforms and general data reporting tools.

Proficiency in utilizing automated systems and tools for VIP management.

Experience with integrations, even if non-technical, is highly valuable.

Ability to use and implement various tools and platforms to enhance the VIP experience.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with high-value clients.

Strategic thinker who can develop and execute innovative engagement initiatives.

Strong analytical skills in tracking and interpreting engagement metrics and data.
