About your key responsibilities and impact:
- Driving and overseeing the seamless integration of payment APIs with international payment systems, ensuring compatibility and functionality;
- Engaging with external payment service providers to facilitate smooth communication, troubleshooting integration issues, and ensuring timely deliverables;
- Analyzing and interpreting key business metrics related to payment integrations, leveraging insights to enhance monetization strategies and improve customer retention;
- Generating innovative ideas and concepts related to payment integrations, transforming them into actionable plans that align with business objectives;
- Working closely with the development team to implement new product features, providing clear guidance and fostering a collaborative environment to ensure successful execution.
Essential professional experience:
- Minimum 2 years as a Billing Product Manager in a product-focused company;
- Experience with API documentation, Billing, and Payment Systems;
- Proficient in requirements analysis, project planning, and risk/change management;
- Ability to create technical tasks for development and QA teams.
- Knowledge of Product Metrics, strong communication, and leadership skills;
- Experience with sending API requests (Postman) or basic programming skills;
- Experienced user of Atlassian tools;
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies;
- Intermediate+ English level.
Desirable skills and personal features:
- Previous experience in roles such as QA, backend/frontend developer or Business Analyst;
- Skills in market research and competitive analysis.
