Middle Account Manager for Payments Team

About your key responsibilities and impact:

  • Filling application forms, gathering documents from internal departments, registering back offices, etc. – supporting the whole application process;
  • Fully supporting daily relations with providers and clients, communicating with their internal teams;
  • Creating tasks for integration and providing all necessary information to start integration to the product manager and developer. Defining and prioritizing current and new integrations;
  • Supporting the KYC and compliance process during application in both ways, adjusting the company’s website to meet the provider’s requirements;
  • Assisting the financial team and operations team in escalating their requests to the provider’s management and Team Lead;
  • Negotiating with current providers for fees and conditions favorable to the company;
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and concerns. Collaborating with internal stakeholders such as antifraud, operation, and development to ensure seamless coordination and alignment;
  • Providing assistance to clients by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction;
  • Ensuring a high level of client service and support, and supporting other stakeholders. Resolving clients’ complaints and concerns promptly and effectively;
  • Managing the opening of new accounts (MIDs) with existing Payment Providers;
  • Managing correspondence with Payment Providers regarding KYC and legal aspects in case of a change of Legal entity on the client’s side.

Essential professional experience:

  • At least Intermediate+ English level;
  • 2+ years as an account manager or similar position in PSP or payments;
  • Experience in communication with foreign customers or providers;
  • Understanding of basic principles of contractual relations;
  • Understanding of KYC and compliance procedure;
  • Understanding of corporate cash flow, income, expenses;
  • Understanding of online payments technical integrations, funnels, flows;
  • Fluency in the Ukrainian language;
  • Advanced MS Office, Google Search, Similar Web, task tracking, cloud storage user.
