Digital Marketing Manager (bilingual Chinese/English)

We’re looking for a versatile digital marketing manger for our client, a Swiss-based startup, specializing in global payment app using blockchain technology.

The ideal candidate will be fluent or native in both Chinese and English. You will work closely with the founder to plan and execute strategies focused on content creation, paid advertising, and community engagement.

This is a full-time, fully remote role.

Responsibilities

• Strategic development and expansion of the social media presence (Twitter, Telegram, Discord, Linkedin, YoutTube etc.)
• Independently develop concepts and editorial plans for social media based on overarching marketing and communications strategy
• Content creation and maintenance for all social media channels
• Proactive and independent project management
• Community management on social media channels
• Monitoring, performance measurement and continuous optimization of social media channels, including reporting
• Planning, conceptualizing, realizing and implementing social media campaigns
• Client services on social media channels
• Expanding know-how and sensing trends in the digital world
• Manage Google AD and Google Analytics tools
• Write and distribute both B2C and B2B SEO-optimized blog posts and tutorials
• Audit and optimize different webpage’s SEO performance

Requirement

• Minimum 4 years of experience working in the related marketing fields.
• Experience in planning, leading social media efforts and ability to identify and track relevant community KPIs
• Experience leading communities and implementing a content strategy
• Blockchain, Google AD experience is a big plus
• You work independently and are proficient with Photoshop and video editing programs
• Fluent/native in English and Chinese with excellent spoken and editorial skills

Salary: USD40k~60k/annum
