SHIFT HOURS: 9-5 or 10-6 pm CST
SHIFT DAYS: Monday – Friday

Job Title: Credit Repair VA

Responsibilities:

  • Client Communication:
    Contact clients via phone to discuss their credit repair needs.
    Provide updates on the status of their credit repair process.
    Answer client inquiries and provide guidance on credit repair steps.
  • Dispute Assistance:
    Assist clients in preparing dispute letters for credit bureaus and creditors.
    Review and organize client documents to ensure accurate and complete information for disputes.
    Monitor the progress of disputes and follow up with relevant parties as needed.
  • Customer Service:
    Deliver exceptional customer service by being responsive, empathetic, and professional.
    Maintain confidentiality and security of client information.
    Keep detailed records of client interactions and progress.
  • Administrative Support:
    Update client information in the company’s database.
    Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in credit repair, financial services, or customer service is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant computer applications.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
