💥About the role:
Milliorize is seeking an ambitious and visionary CEO to lead our casino-gaming company into its next phase of growth and innovation.

This pivotal role offers the opportunity to shape the strategic direction and operational success of a dynamic and rapidly growing organization.

The CEO will work closely with the board, lead a dedicated team, and engage with key stakeholders to achieve Milliorize’s strategic goals. This position demands a leader with exceptional operational skills, strategic foresight, and the ability to foster strong relationships within the industry.

⚡️Your responsibilities on the project will be:

– Develop and implement strategic goals with the Board.

– Execute Milliorize’s business plan and budget aligned with long-term objectives.

– Oversee efficient and scalable operational workflows.

– Lead and mentor teams to optimize processes and enhance customer satisfaction.

– Pursue new market opportunities, focusing on Western markets.

– Build relationships with key stakeholders, including regulators, partners, and major clients.

– Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks in the gambling industry.

– Drive technology solutions to enhance offerings.

– Proven experience as a CEO or in a senior leadership role within the gambling or related industries.

– Strong strategic thinking and operational management skills.

– Demonstrated success in expanding businesses into new markets, particularly Western markets.

– Extensive knowledge of the gambling industry’s legal and regulatory frameworks.

– Exceptional leadership, team-building, and interpersonal skills.

– Strong financial acumen and experience in fundraising and financial management.

– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

– Commitment to integrity, ethics, and compliance.

– Advanced level English.
